By downloading or using Chromastone, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the App

Chromastone is a personal productivity app for habit tracking, task management, and daily planning. You agree to use it only for lawful personal purposes.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Chromastone offers a free tier and a Pro subscription (Chromastone Pro). Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through the Google Play Store. You may cancel at any time through your Play Store account. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.

Your Data

All your habit and task data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data. You are responsible for backing up your data. If you connect your Google account, calendar data is accessed in read-only mode and is never stored locally or on our servers.

Intellectual Property

Chromastone and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Chromastone is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
